The Day Out With The Kids VIP Pass membership is an ongoing subscription service, so your membership is continuous and renews automatically.

Your membership will auto renew after 30 days from the date of your sign up at the discounted annual price of £14.99 (RRP £29.99) each year unless cancelled.

Your renewal date and subscription type is displayed under the ‘My Account’ section when logged in https://membership.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk. Please make yourself aware of the renewal date as Day Out With The Kids VIP Pass do not offer refunds if the subscription is not cancelled and renewal payment has been automatically taken. A renewal reminder will be sent by email to the account’s registered email address 3 days prior to the payment being taken.

You can change your membership to an alternative plan at any time by visiting the ‘My Account’ area within the membership. Please ensure any alterations to your subscription are actioned before your renewal date.

If you would like to cancel your membership you must visit https://membership.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/my-account and follow the ‘Manage Membership’ journey.
