Riserva Barolos are aged for a longer period in oak to develop more complex flavours. This aged wine has distinctive notes of tobacco and dried fruits. It’s complex and structured finish give it a more firm and dry finish. We recommend pairing it with steak, nut roast or pasta with sage.
