Refund Policy
Food/grocery items
a) Food Items not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with a food or grocery item purchased at one of our stores you can return the item with the original packaging or the receipt.
b) Food Items change of mind
If you simply change your mind about a food or grocery item you have purchased at one of our stores you can return the item in a re-saleable condition in its original packing with your receipt.*
Non-Food specials items
a) Faulty Non-Food specials items
- Within 12 months of purchase:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a non-food specials item purchased at one of our stores, you may return the item within one year of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase to one of our stores, for a replacement (where available) or a full refund.
- After 12 months of purchase:
If more than 12 months after purchase you find a fault with the quality of a non-food specials item purchased at one of our stores, please contact our Customer Services department for assistance and an experienced operator will talk you through your options.
b) Non-faulty Non-Food specials items
If you simply change your mind about a non-food specials item purchased at one of our stores, you may still return the product to store for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please return your item in its original packaging, in a re-saleable condition along with the original receipt. If you wish to return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 4 for £10' or 'buy 1 get 2nd half price') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the proportionate discount given for that item as shown on the original receipt. If you return all items purchased you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Mystery Boxes
a) Change of mind
If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 28 days after the day we deliver your product. To let us know you want to change your mind, contact contact@lidlmysterybox.co.uk.
You will have to return the product at your own cost. You will have to return it (and any free gifts provided with it) to us within 28 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
Returns are at your own cost. The product cannot be returned in store. You must return all items. They must be complete with the entire box and contents all in original packaging with all original literature.
b) Faulty Items
All products and services offered on this site are provided “AS IS” without any warranty whatsoever. Any warranty supplied with the products in the mystery box are no longer valid.
*Only includes non-perishable products.
